Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Lamhe Event Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any event-specific requirements.
Tickets & Entry
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date and ticket category stated on the booking. Guests may be required to present their booking confirmation and a valid photo ID at entry. Tickets may not be duplicated or used for multiple entries.
Children & Age Restrictions
Children under 6 years may enter free of charge at family-friendly Lamhe events. Children aged 6 years and above require a valid Kids Ticket. Certain Lamhe experiences may be restricted to adults or guests above a specified age; where applicable, the age restriction displayed on the individual event page will take precedence.
Adult-Only Experiences
Certain experiences, including events involving alcoholic beverages or licensed adult venues, may be restricted to guests aged 21+. Valid identification may be required by the venue.
Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be informed of the options applicable to that particular event. Booking and third-party ticketing fees, where applicable, may be subject to the ticketing platform’s own policies.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non transferable .
Entry & Event Conduct
Lamhe and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or negatively affects the experience of other guests. No refund will be due where entry is refused or a guest is removed for such reasons.
Security
Guests must comply with venue security procedures, including ID verification and bag checks where applicable. Dangerous, illegal or prohibited items will not be permitted inside the venue.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages may be restricted depending on the venue. Food and beverages included in a ticket, if any, will be clearly stated in the ticket description. Alcohol will only be available at appropriately licensed venues and subject to applicable venue rules and age requirements.
Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during Lamhe events for event documentation, marketing and promotional purposes. Where appropriate, attendees will be informed that event photography is taking place. Guests who have specific concerns regarding being photographed should speak with the Lamhe team at the event.
Programme Changes
Event schedules, activities, artists, facilitators, performers and programme elements may occasionally change due to operational or circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. Lamhe will endeavour to maintain the overall nature and quality of the advertised experience.
Venue Rules
All guests must comply with the individual venue’s rules regarding parking, smoking, dress code, food and beverages, entry, re-entry, security and other operational requirements.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lamhe and the venue cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Health & Safety
Guests participate in activities according to their own abilities and should inform the organiser or facilitator of any relevant requirements before participating. Specific experiences may carry additional participation or safety guidance.
Force Majeure
Lamhe will not be responsible for failure or delay in holding an event due to circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including government restrictions, severe weather, emergencies, venue closures or other unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellation, postponement or credit arrangements will be communicated to affected ticket holders.
Event-Specific Terms
Individual Lamhe experiences may have additional conditions regarding age, dress code, timings, food and beverages, participation, photography or venue access. These will be displayed on the relevant event page and form part of the booking terms.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending and participating in a Lamhe event, guests acknowledge that certain events may involve physical activity, dancing, movement, crowded environments, food and beverages, sound, lighting, outdoor conditions or other experiential activities.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are able to participate safely and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks reasonably associated with their participation.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Lamhe, the venue, facilitators and authorised event personnel.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lamhe, its organisers, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, performers, facilitators and venue partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or expense arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from a guest’s failure to comply with event instructions, venue rules or these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNITY
Guests are responsible for their own conduct while attending a Lamhe event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a guest may be held responsible for losses, damages, costs or claims resulting directly from that guest’s unlawful, negligent or wilful misconduct, including:
- damage to the venue, equipment or property;
- injury or damage caused to another attendee or third party;
- violation of venue rules or applicable law;
- misuse of event facilities or equipment; or
- bringing prohibited or unlawful items into the event.
Where legally permissible, the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lamhe, its organisers and relevant event partners against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising directly from such unlawful, negligent or wilful conduct.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain elements of a Lamhe event may be provided by independent venues, caterers, performers, facilitators, transportation providers, ticketing platforms or other third-party service providers.
Such services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions and policies. Lamhe is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests may be charged for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue, installations, equipment, décor or other property used during the event, subject to applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with a Lamhe event shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate in which the event is held.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
